At Buxom Beauty, we prioritize a seamless shopping experience. Orders placed before 1 pm are usually shipped the same day, except on peak online shopping days. Please note, we do not ship after business hours, weekends, or Australian Public Holidays.

Shipping Rates: Choose your currency: AUD / USD / EURO.

Lost or Missing Parcels: For time-sensitive orders, select the signature option. A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.

Incorrect Delivery Address: Ensure your address details are correct at checkout. Including your mobile phone number is recommended for courier delivery.

Custom Taxes and Duties: International customers are responsible for customs taxes upon delivery. We do not mark purchases as 'Gifts' or alter values.

Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, credit, gift cards, or replacements for change of mind or damage during unpacking or dressing. Our products are quality-controlled multiple times by hand before packaging.
