Buxom Beauty orders are shipped the same day as your order.
The warehouse fulfillment cut off time is usually 2 pm.
Orders are not shipped over the weekend, or on Australian Public Holidays.

Lost or Missing Parcels - Buxom Beauty is not responsible for misplaced processed parcels that go missing in the post. Please choose a signature option for more time-sensitive orders. A tracking number will be issued to you once your order is complete and fulfilled.
If an incorrect delivery address is provided at checkout, Buxom Beauty is not responsible for locating the parcel. We will not replace items sent to the wrong address if it was entered incorrectly at checkout.
Custom Taxes and Duties - International customers are responsible for their own custom taxes upon delivery. Buxom Beauty will not alter purchases as a ‘Gift’ or create a lower value in order to avoid specific country taxes. This request is illegal and will be automatically declined.
Please refer to your local Custom Taxes Dept for all Duties prior to placing your order, as Buxom Beauty is not responsible for any additional charges.
Refunds - Buxom Beauty does not offer refunds or cancel orders for change of mind. All sales are final.
